Long Life PERFECT CUTTING SYSTEM made by RC SYSTEMS (PCS)
As all the other components, the blades and the counterblades
of the RC machine are constructed with special methods in our
factory; the materials used are steel linked with high percentage
of carbon combined with other important elements.
The tempering treatment on the blade is done with processes
that reach the heart of its thickness with special processing to be
performed on the cutting edge with the skille d hand’s touch of a
master.
These combinations permit to obtain a higher hardness while
maintaining a high elasticity needed to get a net precise and
durable cut.
For the blades and counterblades of the guillotines and rolling cut
trimmers, there is a self-sharpening action during the use which
keeps a good cut because of the attack system and the rotation
of the blade on the counterblade.
It is possible to sharpen the blades more than once.
